The Safety, Health and Environment National Authority, SHENA, conducted an enforcement action during an inspection carried out at a Construction Worksite in Lugu.

The inspection found that there was a non-compliance, namely a contravention of Regulation 4, Provision of First-Aid Boxes under the Workplace Safety and Health (First Aid) Regulations. A compound fine of BND500 was issued and has since been settled in full.

As a result of the inspection, the individual responsible for the premise has undertaken the necessary measures to address the identified non-compliance.
